All estimates provided by Delray Beach Concrete & Masonry are based on a visual inspection of the work site and information provided by the customer. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing may vary if site conditions, scope of work, or material requirements differ materially from what was observed or described at the time of the estimate.
We will notify you of any material change to the project cost before proceeding with additional work. No additional charges will be added without your prior approval.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices may be adjusted after that period due to changes in material costs or availability.
Scheduling is confirmed by mutual agreement between you and Delray Beach Concrete & Masonry. We make every effort to begin and complete work on the agreed schedule. Delays may occur due to weather, permit processing, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you promptly of any scheduling changes.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a scheduling fee if materials were ordered or crews were dispatched.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain, lightning, or high winds that could affect the quality of the work or the safety of the crew.
Payment terms are specified in the written project agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your estimate. All invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Overdue balances may be subject to a late payment charge.
Work will not begin until any required deposit has been received. Final inspection or punch-list items may be withheld until the project balance is paid in full.

Permit fees are typically included in the project estimate unless otherwise noted. The customer is responsible for providing accurate property information, access to the work site, and any homeowner association approvals that may be required before work begins.
